Common questions about pricing
Is searching really free?
Yes. You can look someone up as many times as you want without paying or making an account.
Why does the other person pay?
They are the one getting something checked. Verifying an ID costs us money, so the person being verified covers it.
Can I look up anyone I want?
No. You can only see someone if they verified themselves and chose to be findable. Nobody can be looked up without agreeing to it first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your card stops showing up in search when you cancel.
Will you charge me to look at my own card?
No. Your card is yours.
